The four onboarding phases #

  1. Day 1–2 · Discovery call. 60-minute conversation with city CIO + open-data lead. We map out which datasets exist, which need to be released, and which roles to provision.
  2. Day 3–7 · Data ingestion. We pull from the city's open-data portal (or, for Eurostat-covered cities, the Urban Audit). Build the city profile, compute initial Pulse, run data-confidence checks.
  3. Day 8–10 · Theming. Brand the admin chrome with the municipality's coat of arms, primary/secondary colours, and official designation. See city-theme.js for the technical implementation.
  4. Day 11–12 · Credential dispatch & training. Issue handles + authentication keys to named staff. 90-minute training session covering dashboard, matchmaking, sister-cities hub, project boards.

What we need from the municipality #
